BEFORE YOU BOOK A TAXI WITH TAXI MALLORCA 365
Should I pay in advance my taxi booking? No you don't. The payment will always be made at the end of each journey to the taxi driver.
How far in advance should I book my taxi? We recommend booking a taxi with a minimum of 24 hours, thus avoiding problems of availability of taxis.
Can I book any other transfers than the ones from and to the airport? Yes, of course, for example a Palma Taxi tour or excursion. Just contact us.
We will inform you of the most interesting destinations and places to visit in Mallorca. How I can know the cost of the taxi transfer? Just select pick-up location and destination in the booking form and you will find the final price for each Taxi service. This price is a final price, including any extra fees considering the hour of the day, depending on whether it is a day service, night, or weekend.
You also can check our price list. How many passengers are allowed per taxi? The maximum number of people is 4. Babies and children count as adults too.
Where will the taxi driver drop off me? At the door of your chosen destination, either, hotel, apartment or private villa. Taxi Mallorca 365 is a door to door service in Palma de Mallorca.
Is it a private taxi transfer? Yes, the taxi is not shared with any other client, except your travel companions.
Do I have to pay any additional charge for the children's car seat? No, this is a completely free additional service in all of our taxi fares.
Do I have to tell you how many bags I will have? It is highly recommended to specify in detail in the section on the booking form luggage service taxi.

What is the recommended time to be collected on returning to the airport? We recommend you to leave 3 hours earlier than your foreseen flight. It is recommended to be at the airport at least two hours earlier than your indicated flight-time due to the very strict security controls at the airport, plus the time spent on the transfer from your address/hotel to the airport.
ONCE YOUR TAXI BOOKING IS DONE.
How long do I have to wait for an answer? You will receive an answer within approximately 24 hours. The taxi transfer won’t be confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us. If you do not receive an answer due to any computer problems, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone, WhatsApp or SMS.
Can I cancel a confirmed reservation? Yes you can, but kindly inform us as early as possible and without any costs or penalties.
PICKING YOU UP AT THE AIRPORT
Where do I have to go as soon as I have collected my luggage? You have to go to the meeting point, door number 4, there your driver is waiting for you with a board with your name on it. If you cannot find your driver, please contact us on phone number (0034) 651 178 961.
What if the flight is delayed? In case your flight is delayed, we can always see the schedule of the flights by a special application which is connected to the airport. in case of cancellation of your flight please inform us so that we know the new flight number and can change the hour of your transfer or can inform the driver that you are not coming. In any case there won’t be any surcharges.
RETURNING TO THE AIRPORT
Are you punctual on the return transfer? Our vehicles are always punctual and will arrive at the time indicated on the booking, however there is the slight possibility of a delay beyond our control due to traffic jams, construction sites or a car accident. If you have informed us on the reservation of your return booking, you do not have to inform us again.
Is it necessary to confirm your pick-up time? You do not have to reconfirm your departure time unless you wish to change it, in this case please contact us by e-mail, WhatsApp or SMS without any further cost.
If I have not booked the return transfer to the airport can I still book it? Yes you can, but always try to allow a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
AFTER YOUR TRIP
I have left something in the taxi. What should I do? Please contact us as soon as possible as the taxi is used by many other guests.
